Under this system, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain strictly confidential throughout the review process to ensure impartial and unbiased evaluation.

Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening to assess its relevance to the journal's scope, originality, methodological quality, and ethical compliance, including mandatory plagiarism detection using industry-standard tools such as iThenticate or Turnitin. Manuscripts that successfully pass this preliminary assessment are subsequently assigned to a minimum of two independent external reviewers with subject-matter expertise in the relevant field.

All reviewers are required to comply with the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers, ensuring transparency, confidentiality, objectivity, and integrity throughout the evaluation process. Reviewers must declare any potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment and are expected to provide constructive, evidence-based, and timely feedback to support editorial decision-making and manuscript improvement.

The final decision to accept, revise, or reject a manuscript is made by the Editor-in-Chief, based on the reviewers' recommendations and an independent assessment of the manuscript's scientific merit and contribution to the multidisciplinary health sciences.
